Very low key, 2021 is just now starting to make sense. Striking, citrusy acidity, fine yellow fruity with a little air.

Les Pargues Eine weitere Mikrolage Vocoret's am Südende des Chablis, neben Montmains und der berühmten 1er Cru La Forêt. Mergelige Steillage, Terroir pur, stählern, karger als die anderen Villages. Sehr zurückhaltend, 2021 beginnt jetzt erst richtig Sinn zu machen. Markante, zitrische Säure, mit etwas Luft fein gelbfruchtig.
